On Sunday, February 13, Over 200 kids took part in the 2022 Noel Walsh Tournament hosted by Young Melbourne GAA. The effort from all the kids was a joy to witness. Kids from as young as 5 demonstrated plenty of skill, loads of enthusiasm and wonderful team spirit.
Young Melbourne would like to extend their thanks to the 17 teams who took part and helped make the tournament a huge success. The tournament would not have been possible without the dedication of the Young Melbourne committee, coaches, referees, volunteers and sponsors - RW Electrics, VIC Lagging, The Celtic Club, Hazelrock, Luminant, and the Irish Australian Chamber of Commerce.
Whilst participation of all abilities is our mantra Young Melbourne would also like to congratulate the various winners on the day:
Under 10 Mixed Football: Peninsula Gaels

Under 12 Mixed Football: Geelong Gaels
